The Father’s Business is an expression used by the ultimate role model of the Father(Christ) Himself in Luke 2:4 to point us to the urgency of walking in the consciousness of the advancement of the Kingdom of God in all the worlds(not just on earth)
Luke 2:48-49(KJV)
48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.
49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?
Christ speaking here is telling us how the zeal for the Father’s Business has consumed Him so much that all He does, says and accomplishes is in line with the flourishing of the Father’s Business.
We must note that even Christ Himself though God in Human form is revealing to us the urgency of PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD to advance God’s business on the earth
Every business needs partners to flourish and excel even God’s Business. And so Christ showed us that He is not just an advocate of the Father’s Business but also an active partner in labour to see the Father’s Business excel!!!!!

The call into Christ is a call into partnership with the Father through the Holy Ghost to advance His Business!!!
The ultimate profit of the Father’s Business is winning of souls. The more souls are won, the more partners there are who will work to see the Father’s business established!!!!!
But first the partners in the Kingdom must wake up from their slumber and follow the example of Christ who left even His earthly parents to go about His Heavenly Father’s Business

God doesn’t want sleeping partners in His Business
Who is a sleeping partner?
In earthly business terms, a sleeping partner is a business partner who doesn’t play an active role in running the day-to-day operations of a business, who instead, finances the business in the form of capital investment.
In the Father’s Business (Kingdom Business), a sleeping partner is one who asleep to his responsibilities, one who is dead to spiritual things and does not have access to the light of what is required/the Job specification.
And so the scripture calls in Ephesians 5:14-16
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
AWAKE O SLEEPING PARTNERS AND TAKE YOUR PLACE IN THE FATHER’S BUSINESS IN THE DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES AND DEMANDS OF ALL THE FATHER’S BUSINESS REQUIRES!!!!!!!!!
MAKING THE FATHER’S BUSINESS YOUR DAY TO DAY BUSINESS ALSO MEANS TO ALIGN YOUR DAILY ENDEAVORS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BUSINESS MANUAL(BIBLE) OF THE FATHER’S BUSINESS
The scripture is the business plan and manual of the operations of the Father’s business and we are to focus on bringing many to the light of His business through active advertising and winning of souls..therein lies our PROFIT!!!!
SOULS ARE THE PROFIT. That is why the Christ asked a question; what does it PROFIT a man to gain the whole world and lose in his own soul?
Whatever our individual business are, we are called to partner with God to advance His Kingdom on the earth.

Our Father in the Lord has thought us this season that we are all co-labourers in the Father’s Business as written in 1st Corinthians 3:9
“For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building”
We are partners with God in the His Business
Not sleeping partners but partners who are awake, risen from the dead(spiritual death) and has received the Light of Christ. And we are shining the light so that many who sleep can awake also!!
In conclusion, there’s always a reward for labour and God has not called us to seek Him in vain.
Scripture speaking says that Christ, who was is the ultimate role model and mentor of one who flourished in the Father’s business, received His reward both on earth and in eternity😃
On earth scripture says in Luke 2:52 that:
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man”
In context, it’s the active involvement in the Father’s Business that made Him to increase in Wisdom, Stature and Favour with both the Father and men. Herein lies the Key to every increase in life
In eternity, scripture says in Philippians 2:9-11
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Faithfulness in the Father’s Business gives you a name and reputation that brings honour and all good things your way both in this life and what which is to come!!!!!
