It is written in Isaiah 54 : 17
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the HERITAGE of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD”

Many of us have read and spoken this scripture timelessly and only few have made out time to really understand it.
But the Spirit is always here as our help to light it up for us always. When it is said that the Spirit quickens, it’s not just our mortal bodies ….the Spirit also quickens our understanding of Scriptures🤔
Hear this;
Everybody, family, race, culture, people or nation have what is called their HERITAGE/BIRTHRIGHT/INHERITANCE 🤔
What is Heritage?
Heritage is a person’s unique, inherited sense of family identity: the values, traditions, culture, and artifacts handed down by previous generations.
Other words for heritage include; inheritance, legacy, lot, portion, endowment, birthright, dowry, share and a lot more😃
An understanding of what heritage means will give us insight into what Isaiah 54:17 is portraying concerning us eternally.
This verse of scripture points two out of the many heritages to us;
📌 Firstly, no weapon formed or projected against us shall prosper or prevail.
📌 Secondly, every tongue(be it written or spoken) that rises against us in judgement, we are authorized to CONDEMN👁️!!!
This is our birthright, our portion, our inheritance, our legacy….OUR HERITAGE!!
So when scripture mentions that no weapon formed against us physically or spiritually shall prosper, it is revealing to us who we are, where we are from and what we can do.
It is telling us of our birthright in the family of God, it is telling us of the benefit of the dowry (price) for which we were brought, it is give us a prophetic picture of our inheritance in God …. therefore we can boldly say; If God be for us, nothing can be against us!!!!

It didn’t just stop there, it went further to give us permission and right to intentionally condemn or forbid any tongue that rises against us in judgement. This is a license that we must ever be ready to stand against every spoken and written ordinance that stands in our way.
God will not do that for us, He has engrafted it as part of our HERITAGE/PORTION/BIRTHRIGHT and it is our responsibility to use it.
👁️Men are only as powerful as the knowledge of all their heritage permits

Do you know your Heritage in God?
If you do, use it to the fullest without reserve.
We are more than conquerors because no weapon fashioned or formed against us is allowed to prosper.
We condemn every tongue that rises against us in judgement because the Blood of Yeshua speaks better things on our behalf and our overcoming power rests in the Blood and in the Words of our testimony!!!!!!
Whoever forgets his/her heritage forgets his/her identity, purpose and legacy.
Also it is important to note that heritages are hidden in teachings and traditions and are handed down from generation to generation. It is why Paul speaking to Timothy in 2nd Timothy 2 : 2 says:
“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also”
